This page refers users to information about how to obtain a Missouri voter registration form and RTI/C’s annual observance of Constitution Day.
Voter Registration:
RTI/C is required to make voter registration forms widely available to our students and to distribute them to our enrolled students. To meet this requirement, RTI/C distributes the forms to new students during their initial appointment with the financial aid office.

Constitution Day:
RTI/C is required to have an educational program about the U.S. Constitution annually on September 17th. This year’s celebration of Constitution day will include a short video about the Constitution and a classroom Constitution quiz.
