All proceeds support the SkillsUSA student chapter at RTI. This fundraiser helps cover travel expenses to our district, state and national contests.



VENDOR BOOTH INFORMATION

Vendor forms available at RTI or you can printout a form on this website to printout and return with your payment. Please make checks payable to Rolla Public Schools.

Booth Rental:

  • 10x10 Booth space rental is $50; outside or inside! (Electricity is limited in the outdoor spaces. Loaner chairs and tables are not available. As always, in the event of inclement weather, outdoor vendors have the option to move inside and spread out along the open spaces in the hallways.)

  • 12x4 Hallway Table Booth space rental is $35.

  • Student organizations and non-profit groups can rent a 12x4 Hallway Booth for $25. All student/non-profit booths must post visible signage (min size 8.5x11) stating they are non-profit and what the proceeds from the booth sales are being donated.
  • We will have students available that morning and evening offering assistance to vendors to unload and setup. 

  • Booth reservations are available until sold out.  Space is limited so reserve your space today!  Your booth rental supports the students in SkillsUSA.

  • Sorry, no refunds after April 20th.

How We Will Advertise This Event For You:

Advertising efforts will be made by distribution of flyers; newspaper ads; internet avenues such as RTI website, Rollanet and Facebook, etc; email to school faculty and community; radio announcements; RTI sign; and flyer distribution through backpack express which will reach the homes of over 1,000 students in 9 neighboring towns: Licking, Vienna, Belle, Owensville, St. James, Bourbon, Salem, Cuba and Steelville. Students will also distribute flyers to their parents' workplaces and local businesses in their towns.
