Information Technology is a 2-year program designed to provide students with instruction and hands-on experience with the latest hardware, software, and techniques used in computer technical support.

Coursework goes beyond simple computer repair and into topics such as database and web design, customer service, and network design. Curriculum covers a broad range of topics while providing enough focus to ensure the area's best quality of instruction at core technical support skills. Participants can expect to receive instruction in various certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or Security+ Certifications, TestOut Pro Certifications or Microsoft MTA Certifications. Department systems include a variety of Microsoft, Linux, and Macintosh based systems to provide students with the hands-on experience employers demand.
