Student Outcomes and Employment

Contains information required by the Student-Right-To-Know Act including, but not limited to 1) completion rates; 2) retention rates; 3) job placement rates; 4) career and job placement services available; and 5) gainful employment disclosures.

1) Completion rates:

RTI/C is required annually to report completion rates to our institutional accreditor, our program accreditors, and our authorizing entities.  Completion rate data are available upon request by contacting the Student Services office

2) Retention rates:

RTI/C is required annually to report retention rates to our institutional accreditor, our program accreditors, and our authorizing entities.  Retention rate data are available upon request by contacting the Student Services office.

3) Job placement rates:

RTI/C is required annually to report job placement rates to our institutional accreditor, our program accreditors, and our authorizing entities.  Job placement rate data are available upon request by contacting the Student Services office.

5) Gainful employment:

Effective July 1, 2019, the Department of Education published a final rule rescinding the Gainful Employment regulations as of July 1, 2020.  While the rescission is effective July 1, 2020, the Department has given institutions the authority to implement the rescission early.  On August 9, 2019, RTI/C officially made the decision to implement the rescission early.  The following disclosure information is based on the data from the 2017-18 school year (July 1, 2017 – June 30, 2018) and was accurate at the date of disclosure.  RTI/C will not update the information further.
