Rolla Technical Institute/Center (RTI/C) is approved/authorized by the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education and the Missouri Department of Higher Education. RTI/C instructors have had extensive experience in the trade they are teaching and will create an atmosphere that will promote your success. RTI/C serves approximately 800 secondary students, annually.  Our students are from ten sending schools located in four different counties.

Our focus is on college and career preparation. RTI/C offers opportunities for students who wish to acquire technical skills for immediate employment out of high school, advanced placement into post-secondary (college) technical associate degree programs, or a foundation for a baccalaureate degree program.

Our primary function is to provide you with the skills, attitudes, and knowledge required to enter your chosen career field and prepare you for the next steps in life. At RTI/C, you will begin doing things and applying knowledge in ways you have not experienced before.  We offer hands-on training in simulated workplace environments and opportunities for students to apply acquired skills and knowledge through internships and apprenticeships. Many of our programs offer dual credit opportunities for high school students who would like to begin earning college credit.
