Pathway to Engineering is a 6-course high school program. These challenging courses use project-based, hands-on experience to teach students the key elements and skills of engineering and technology-based careers.

This school year marks my 32nd year as a secondary teacher and 14th year teaching PLTW Engineering at the Rolla Technical Institute (RTI.) I did retire at the end of my 30th year teaching, BUT I couldn’t stay away, and I am currently a full-time sub, teaching PLTW Engineering part time, 3 hours a day, at RTI.
