The Automotive Technology program is certified by ASE (National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence) and also offers dual college credits through East Central College.

First year students will cover Basic Automotive Theory and Principles including eight areas of study through ASE: Engine Repair, Engine Performance, Automatic Transmissions, Manual Transmissions, Suspensions and Steering, Brakes, Electrical/Electronics, and Heating and Air Conditioning.

First and second year students will compete in SkillsUSA contests through our SkillsUSA C.T.S.O. (Career and Technical Student Organization).
