Fire & Rescue is a 1-year program that prepares students for a career in firefighting. The program includes courses in basic firefighter tactics, fire department management, fire investigations, and hazardous materials response. The program follows national and state guidelines with instruction that includes hands-on exercises and case studies. Fire & Rescue Technology is offered in alternate years with the next course beginning in 2024-2025 school year.
Note: EMT is part of the curriculum for high school students in alternate years to Fire & Rescue Technology and will be offered again in 2025-2026.
